Delivery Information

These are the terms and conditions (the Delivery Terms) which apply to the delivery by us to you of goods purchased by you from us either online at www.vitafoamng.com or in one of our stores (the home delivery service).

We reserve the right to change the Delivery Terms at any time. Any changes to the Delivery Terms will be effective for all new deliveries placed.

Delivery within Lagos

Delivery within Lagos metropolis for orders above Fifty Thousand Naira is free (this excludes Badagry, Ikorodu, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Apapa, Mowe, Ibafo, Opic, Mile 2).

Delivery fee for orders below Fifty Thousand Naira cost 2,000 Naira only.

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, from Monday – Friday

Delivery outside Lagos

Delivery outside Lagos will attract a 5% delivery charge and purchase must be at a minimum of Five hundred Thousand Naira (NGN 500,000.00) and within our pre-defined delivery areas within Nigeria (Major cities and town).

Kindly note that delivery is processed only after payment has been made (No pay on delivery option)

Our courier partners will also contact you one day before they are due to deliver your order(s).

Please ensure you are available to accept your order(s) on the delivery date agreed with our courier partners at the stated address. Otherwise, please avail someone to receive it on your behalf.
